Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Truevith Innovations regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements between you and Truevith Innovations relating to your use of the Platform.
